Andrew Raitt is an experienced Principal Developer and Sponsor with a successful track record in the real estate industry. Recently, he has been involved in the development of 5 Prefab / Modular projects. He is currently overseeing the development and installation phases of 8 prefab homes. Since 2012, he has developed and sold over 55 projects, showcasing his expertise in real estate buy/renovate and build/sell processes, accumulated over 13+ years.

Andrew has had leadership roles in various aspects of projects, including due diligence, entitlement, permitting, fundraising, project finance, development and construction activities. Previously, Andrew held a significant position at Cenergy Power, focused on Land Development and Permitting, where he helped in obtaining over $40MM in entitlements for scalable solar, utility projects in California.

Before venturing into real estate development, Andrew gained valuable experience as a Programmer, Technical Sales and then Sales Manager at IBM. He holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from the University of Southern California, graduating in 1999. Andrew also earned Junior Achievement’s Volunteer of the Year Award for his role in bringing the program to a youth drug recovery center.
